This policy follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and the rules that amend or complement them.

Identification and contact data you provide: name, phone or WhatsApp number and email.

Trip data: service, city, date, number of passengers, flight details and any other information you share to quote or provide the service.

Browsing data: approximate location (country, region and city derived from your IP address), language, pages visited and cookies, as described in section 8.

Quoting, booking and providing transportation services, including coordination with our local partners when the service takes place outside Colombia.

Communicating with you about your request and your service through WhatsApp, phone or email.

Invoicing, accounting and compliance with legal obligations.

Measuring the use of our website and improving our advertising campaigns, including Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Sending commercial information about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.

As a data subject you may: know, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization granted; be informed about how your data has been used; revoke the authorization or request the deletion of your data when legally appropriate; access your data free of charge; and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Write to contacto@velice.co indicating your name, the request and a contact method. Inquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, extendable under the terms of Law 1581 of 2012.

To provide services in the United States, Argentina and Brazil we share the trip data strictly necessary with our local partners. We also use technology providers (website hosting, analytics and messaging) that may process data outside Colombia under adequate security measures.

We use our own and third-party cookies to remember your language, measure visits and improve our advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can delete them from your browser at any time.

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, and we keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations.
