These terms govern the use of velice.co and the quoting and booking of private transportation services offered by Velice in Colombia and, through local partners, in the United States, Argentina and Brazil.

Requests sent through this website or WhatsApp are quote requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when Velice confirms it in writing, with the vehicle, rate and conditions agreed.

Services are subject to vehicle availability in the requested city and date.

Rates are those stated in each quote, according to the service, city, vehicle, duration and route. Payment methods and deadlines are informed when confirming the booking.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the conditions stated in each quote. If you need to change your booking, contact us as soon as possible through the channel where you booked.

The armored service includes the armored vehicle and a professional chauffeur. Velice does not provide escort, surveillance or private security services.

Services in the United States, Argentina and Brazil are provided by local partners with the same fleet and standard, coordinated by Velice. Local laws of each country may apply to the provision of the service.

Passengers must provide accurate trip information, be on time at the agreed pickup point and comply with transit rules and the chauffeur’s safety instructions.

The Velice brand, texts and design of this website belong to VELICE SAS and may not be used without authorization.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Personal data is processed according to our privacy policy.
