It’s meant for one or a few people: up to 3 passengers and 2 bags as a guide. If you’re traveling with more luggage or as a group, the Toyota Fortuner or Mercedes-Benz Vito offer more room within the same luxury line. And if the passenger’s profile calls for an armored vehicle, the Toyota Prado is the option.
It’s booked only as 12-hour availability: the car and chauffeur stay at your disposal for the whole day. That’s why we don’t offer it for a one-off airport transfer; the Fortuner or the Vito cover that. It’s booked at least 24 hours ahead.

Can I use the CLA just for an airport transfer?
Not for now: the CLA is offered only as a 12-hour day. For an El Dorado transfer in the same luxury line, we recommend the Toyota Fortuner or Mercedes-Benz Vito.
How far in advance should I book it?
At least 24 hours before the day starts.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance and we refund 100% of what you paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged in full.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and you also see them in Colombian pesos as a reference. Online payment is processed through WeTravel and goes live very soon; until then, we confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
