Can I use the Duster to and from El Dorado airport?
Yes. We meet you in the arrivals hall at El Dorado (BOG) or get you to your flight on time. Share your flight number so we can time the pickup.
How far in advance should I book it?
At least 2 hours before pickup. It’s one of the vehicles you can book on the shortest notice, handy for same-day plans.
Can I book the Duster by the hour?
Yes. Pick the duration in the booking assistant, with the price of each one. If you need another duration or a different plan, tell us and we’ll send you the rate.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance and we refund 100% of what you paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged in full.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and you also see them in Colombian pesos as a reference. Online payment is processed through WeTravel and goes live very soon; until then, we confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
