When to choose the black Sprinter
The black Sprinter is the van for when the arrival is part of the event. It’s the option for an artist arriving with their band and crew, an official delegation or a company’s leadership team moving together during a visit to Bogotá.
It carries up to 14 passengers. For a group of the same size that doesn’t need the luxury line, the white Sprinter seats up to 16; for a smaller group, the Mercedes-Benz Vito offers the same look for up to 7. If you’re bringing instruments or equipment, tell us the volume before booking.
If someone in the entourage needs an armored vehicle, it can be paired with the armored Chevrolet Tahoe. The black Sprinter is booked at least 24 hours ahead; for tours or multi-day events, the earlier the better.

How many people fit in the black Sprinter?
Up to 14 passengers. If you’re bringing instruments, equipment or lots of luggage, tell us the volume before booking so we can confirm everything fits.
How is it different from the white Sprinter?
The black Sprinter belongs to our luxury line, made for artists and high-level entourages, and seats up to 14. The white one is in the standard line, seats up to 16 and is the practical choice for delegations and large groups.
How far in advance should I book it?
At least 24 hours before pickup. For tours or multi-day events, ask us for a quote early.
Can it be paired with an armored vehicle?
Yes. For example, the entourage rides in the Sprinter while one person travels in the armored Chevrolet Tahoe or Toyota Prado. Tell us the plan and we’ll coordinate it (the armored service does not include escorts).
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance and we refund 100% of what you paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged in full.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and you also see them in Colombian pesos as a reference. Online payment is processed through WeTravel and goes live very soon; until then, we confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
