When to choose the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
The Sprinter is for when the group no longer fits in a mid-size van. With up to 16 passengers and 12 bags as a guide, it replaces two or three cars with just one: a single driver, a single pickup time and nobody left waiting at the airport.
It works for delegations arriving for a conference, production crews moving between the hotel and the stage, and groups touring the city with several stops in one day. If you’re carrying equipment or instruments, tell us the volume ahead of time so we can confirm everything fits.
If the group is 9 people or fewer, the Hyundai H1 is nimbler in traffic. If the trip calls for a more formal look, such as an artist or high-level entourage, the black Sprinter in our luxury line has the same scale. The Sprinter is booked at least 24 hours ahead.

How many people and bags fit in the Sprinter?
Up to 16 passengers and 12 bags, as a guide. If you’re bringing equipment, instruments or cases, tell us the volume before booking so we can confirm everything fits.
Can the Sprinter pick up a delegation at El Dorado?
Yes. We meet the group in the arrivals hall at El Dorado (BOG). Share the flight number so we can time the pickup and, if the group arrives on different flights, let us know so we can plan around it.
How far in advance should I book it?
At least 24 hours before pickup. For large events or several days in a row, the earlier the better.
Can I book the Sprinter for a multi-day event?
Yes. For a single day, pick the duration in the booking assistant. For several days, a tour or a schedule with many rides, ask us for a custom quote.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance and we refund 100% of what you paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged in full.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and you also see them in Colombian pesos as a reference. Online payment is processed through WeTravel and goes live very soon; until then, we confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
