When to choose the Hyundai H1
The H1 handles group travel without splitting it across two cars. Everyone arrives at the same time, the bags ride with you and there’s a single point of coordination: useful when you land at El Dorado after a long flight, when you take the family to a wedding or when you move a work team between the hotel and meetings.
It carries up to 9 passengers and 8 bags as a guide, far more room than an SUV. If you’re few and packing light, the Renault Duster is more practical. If the group is larger than 9, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats up to 16, and if you’d rather have a van from our luxury line, there’s the Mercedes-Benz Vito.
It can be booked just 2 hours ahead, like the Duster and the Vito. That makes it handy when plans come together on the fly: a changed flight, an outing decided over lunch or guests arriving earlier than expected.

Can the H1 pick up a group at El Dorado?
Yes. We meet you in the arrivals hall at El Dorado (BOG) and the whole group leaves together with its luggage. Share the flight number so we can adjust the pickup if the flight is early or late.
How far in advance should I book it?
At least 2 hours before pickup, so it works for same-day plans too.
Can I book the H1 by the hour for an event or a day out?
Yes. Pick the duration in the booking assistant, with the price of each one. If you need several days or a special route, tell us and we’ll send you the rate.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours in advance and we refund 100% of what you paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged in full.
What currency do I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and you also see them in Colombian pesos as a reference. Online payment is processed through WeTravel and goes live very soon; until then, we confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
